Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
dash of salt
1/3 cup softened butter
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.

In a medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda and salt. Add butter, egg, milk, hot water and vanilla and mix well.

Fill cupcake liners half full and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Ta-da! Perfect chocolate cupcakes, just for you!
