Cartwright’s Modern Cuisine will host Chef Josh Delgado from Alderbrook Resort & Spa in Union, Washington Oct. 25 for a special Northwest Harvest Dinner, focused on wild food from the Pacific Northwest—from fishermen in British Columbia to foraging teams in Washington.
