Amber Cargile has a long history of volunteer service with the Anthem Veterans Memorial, serving as protocol advisor during its inaugural Veterans Day ceremony in 2011 and assisting with script research as well as ensuring the flawless lead-up to its 11:11 a.m. solar spotlight ever since.
